I ran patent searches under the holding company name and came up trumps for Australian registered patents. Speaking with an audio engineer who is pretty skeptical about this technology, I'd love to put something in front of him to get an independant opinion.
It is pretty concerning that their announcements don't at least go into a high level on the technology behind their (claimed) work and (claimed) success.
