as stated above i am new, cap raising now will slightly dilute the stock but i feel the massive interest and positivity about krl that is arouund is too good to pass up and the gains or positives: being able to get mines into production faster/ buy into deals and not having to cap raise in the future will result in the company growing at a faster rate and making more out of it. It will also allow those on the board to 'relax' knowing they have financial backing and concentrate on making the best decisions in the interest of the company and shareholders alike.
i haven't seen an ann stating the extra cap raising is at the same 23c level. maybe they (the board) have done better for us than expected??
and for a laugh im tipping 62c open and $1.12 by years end. enjoy the reds!
