    My understanding is June 4 will be the last day for negotiations but an announcement isn't due at that stage. For all we know negotiations may continue till 5pm tomorrow, in which case an appropriate announcement would be drawn up over the weekend.

    This coming Monday would seem like a logical day to release the announcement before trading begins... try and reduce the possibility of insider trading. Tuesday sounds unlikely. But hey I'm all for Friday!
