Facts:
An Indonesia JV that is wanting to re-negotiate and have IAU lose on an existing contract.
IAU Position, Get Great and more influencial Indonesian IAU shareholders,
The result. Indonesian JV company may need to go to court to fight with Indonesian Media Tycoon and the management to debate a contract where Politics will be required and IAU have the most influencial Indonesian Government Policy broker as a significant shareholder.
Everything is stacked in IAU's favour in this!!! The JV partner would be stupid to continue their approach to gain something when they have everything to lose. Face it. IAU is the ones funding them right now.
