If the trial keeps going well and it helps more and more people the stock ain't going lower.... but if a patient or two die then the stock will have a big fall I think.
Still, to avoid the risk it might be worth not holding over weekends or overnight (for the avid trader) but then you might also miss out some positive after market news. Pretty tough spot we're in now!!
