I don't believe the shares will trade Monday. My view is JT will be seeking to delay trading in the company for as long as possible to allow him time to retrieve his shares.

Remember GF would only receive beneficial ownership when CQT starts trading again. That is if they are the purchases.

If he proceeds with court action it could be a day, week or month before they are back from suspension. My thoughts are its gonna be a while.
