Tend to agree with you though in that Friday was probably a bit of a mix as it tends to be any time Aim takes a bit of a run.Im pretty much just shootin the breeze with my thoughts,as you'd well know.

If we correlate your bottom 4 options with MOST LIKELIES Id say its either 1),3) or 4).

I would particularly like to see 1) and 3) which may well lead to 4) coming to fruition.

Then again if NS have some meaty news re the offtakes and finance they may well toss the legal angle in.A week or so to find out I suppose as one would think NS would inform the hearing of what they intend.I'll be interested in what the sp does in the next few days given the little run it took coming up to the 6 March hearing.
