Catch 22 - Housing bubble hurts young people or those with lower income [or generally anyone entering the market]. Housing correction mangles and cripples our economy in a serious way.
Without the Housing bubble Australias personal wealth gets completely smashed - Too much personal/family wealth rides on housing investment.
Gov policy will be to continue the bubble at all costs imo. Too much at stake.
But if/when the rug does come out [maybe a long time] it will be terrible AKA USA.
