There is speculation the remaining directors of troubled Australian-listed group Brainytoys are negotiating the reverse takeover of the entity and a change to a different industry sector. The toymaker's stock has been in suspension for five months, and it has effectively ceased operating in Australia despite the US offshoots apparently continuing to trade."
