On screen sellers/buyers are not the full picture, often a big sell order is placed to discourage retail investors from buying & scare them into selling when the big boys want to accumulate, inversely when they want to dump.
Learing about chart formations & candlestick meanings will help you understand this. go to your local library & look up "the technical Analysis of Stock Charts" great place to start IMO. & whatever other books they have.
Sometimes a falling share price can be a signal to buy, such as a falling wedge. Too much to explain on this thread, get a few books.
