This off topic but I have had such a revelation tonight I need to share it.

I use Voltaire as a nic because my maternal grandfather's first name was Voltaire and because of the philosopher.

His father James went from Australia on the "Royal Tar" to set up a utopian community in Paraquay which they called New Australia, but it failed of course and he returned.

There were three sons, Voltaire, George and Bruno!

I used to think Bruno was obviously a family tree mistake but now I get it.

Voltaire is obvious.

George was George Bernard Shaw.

Bruno (I just googled) is Giordano Bruno, the forgotten philosopher, burned at the stake by the church.

By the way their sister Violetta (and that name could be interesting, "La Traviata") was known as the little white princess as she was the first white child born in Paraquay and the indigenous peoples were fascinated at her pale skin.

I am slow but sometimes I figure things out, lol.
