Yes, it is possible that a premium could develop and last for quite a while.

A "normal" premium is normal but at least it allows the possibility of a decline.

I have been watching Laundry's work for a while and apart from a brief period recently when he was switching every which way, I am impressed with his work.

I always had the final two cycle tops (out of 4 or 5) as August (+/- 1 month) and then probably Nov (+/- 1 month) but fighting too many cycles.

Someone mentioned 09/09/09 and yes it grabs me. 05/05/05 was a low and markets do love nice numbers.
