Yes I would assume most would do their due diligence on a stock before investing otherwise why invest?
I personally have a view on the current Research Report figures and note as someone else did that the options weren't factored in which would have a dilution effect. Having said that, other variables needed to be factored in which weren't and I too think that it's a conservative figure even without the options factored in.
This is of course assuming all goes to plan!!
