well u, that really depends entirely on what the placement is for.
it depends on 'what you get' for the placement.
why oh why do people make blanket statements on here. its wise to make 'rational comments' not biblical prophecy.
believe me, if the placement is to secure the puntland deal, whilst that will in time dilute the share price, the possible returns may well and truly outweigh that by many times. a LOT depends on how the market percieves it.
lets wait and see.
