Good show, seems pretty reasonable to conclude it has a new floor, although I suppose that is a conclusion best drawn by charters / TA.
Maybe the comments about being it being counter-cyclical are also fair enough, plus the listing / funding news hovering in the wings sure doesn't hurt.
