I have a funny feeling this delay in announcement has been carefully orchestrated. We get an announcement a month ago that we don't need springtree's money. The price goes through the roof only to drop back and find massive support at 22 - 23c range. Could it be the new financier is lining themselves up accumulating at 22 - 23c before any key announcements. That could be part of the deal. I'm not accusing management here or anything like that but in reality PRR is a speccie and as such needs funding. It is at the mercy of the financiers who call the shots. If my specualtion is correct, the accumulator wouldn't be in it for a measly 10 - 20% gain. They would want 500% - 1000%.
