Maybe a lot of reasons for a director only being able to purchase $5k of their own stock. Not all of us have infinite resources. But rather than suggest that this may be a very small buy for a director I'd like to point out that I threw in the same amount on a small company (SIR) back in the early part of June last year at 0.063 and am very happy with my ROI.
