Jervois is a perennial junior explorer they get into jobs then do some drilling usually then take on a partner then sell to them and also take a royalty. Flemington was a Jervois site until AUZ bought. SDI was a partner with them in a Scandium project in Nyngan NSW, JRV sold to them. They had a Gold Project in Bullabulling in WA sold off to Norton Goldfields and have a royalty stake in future production. They also had a few court battles during these processes. Always going back to market for capital raising.
They have had share consolidations over the yrs , one in 2012 was 100 to 1. They keep diluting shares with share issuing cap raisings.
