Buddy, I am just having a little trouble following your train of argument, on one hand you say:
" it fails to mention if there are any strings attached to that deal."
and then you say:
"No real deal has been made. Only talks and speculations at this point in time. "
So as there is no deal, & the company has announced that they have only had talks, How could the company announce if there are any strings attached to a non existent contract?????
By my accounting, after the last announcement about share placements, the company would have approx $66mil still left in the kitty, after paying for ALL ordered equipment & services. So I am not sure how big the HOLE you mention really is. Sure they still have works to carry out for the processing plant and erection of steel work on its way from the manufactures & the Power plant works need to be carried out, however I don't think there will be a hole, or if there is it will be minimal. IMHO naturally.
