Were you born yesterday? Of course they can and often do! These new and highly paid directors etc need to show something.....a new contract, a way of generating more revenue, a new initiative of any sort....these will have a profound effect on a stagnant stock price. A new pricing structure would be a good start so that an excellent service is generating revenue. Are they hoping for a great takeover offer to make themselves lots of money?
