Has anyone, particularly foreign holders, received any money back from rights that they did not take up??
If anyone has I would be interested to know how much per share.
Trading in this share over recent weeks does not suggest that these rights were sold into the market so what has happened given the significant proportion that were not taken up?
Is there an overhang??
Supposedly an operation controlled by Simon Loh was underwriting the rights issue, does this now mean that he has effective control over a far larger percentage than his personal holding would suggest?
Will we have to wait until the next annual report to find out who owns what?
