Hi I am a foreign holder of epay, furthermore my shares are held in a nominee account.
Now where the registered address of the holder was outside Australia, New Zealand, or Hong Kong the holder was not allowed to participate in the rights issue. The arrangement Loh put in place for this was that the shares would be sold on the market and any profit above the 9c would be returned to the holder. Now I and it would seem non of the other foreign holders have received a cent. This may be because it was not possible to sell the shares at a profit or because they have not yet been sold, this begs the question of who the buyer might be and the most likely candidate would be Loh himself or an entity controlled by Loh. Bear in mind that liquidity in this stock is very low (excuse pun).
Bearing in mind that I hold a significant number of these shares the matter is material.
