OK, good point.
It seems foreign holders got the short end of the stick and I will wait until the end of year report to assess whether it's worth holding the stock at all. Loh has to be planning a move now otherwise investors will start to lose confidence so he has a lot riding on this.
The rights issue was reportedly quite undersubscribed which means that Loh's entity had to buy up the shortfall which was a cheaper way for him to control the majority of the company.
I could say "good luck" but I need some myself!
