We know Loh now has over 60% in his own name.
The question is what %age does he control that are in the name of the underwriting entity, ???20%??
If he controls 80% I doubt if he cares what others think.
What % does he need to get to before he can require minority holders to sell, and then take the company private by delisting?
I can understand his mindset since the shares have been vastly underpriced on an earnings basis for a long time, IMHO.
