I think its great for EXT longtermers. It looks as if they are going to get the returns they deserve. EXT has remained constant for many years and now it looks as if they are going to atleast get better than the 99 cent deal that was on the table.
As for Bannerman..if this is RIO looking to make a move on Extract, Bannerman will absolutely fly off the back of this news.
Take out the Court case and BMN will also under threat for a T/O.
