Disagree since without the Directors/deal makers TZ is a clever idea with no applications. The fact that the TZ Directors are so deeply embedded in the company with sizeable holdings convinces me that they will be value adding as fast as anyone for their (and consequently TZLs) benefit. The fees are not out of line. No-one will be complaining this time next year, unless they missed out.
