Chris Kelliher in the 1990s was MD for Microsoft and probably had a Microsoft salary. I know for a fact that Bernard Perrine left Microsoft for TZL and was paid 1.5 million U.S. dollars a year. He gets 400.000 now. The difference is in his option remuneration. Top people get top salaries. It good to see that they all have chosen the option route
