Yep I'm not going either K9, I won't be spending/wasting one cent more on this company, they have failed to meet every deadline, as routine so succinctly put it.
If anyone is going to the meeting? I wonder whether they could ask Lee Finniear in question time, just what was the window of opportunity that they supposedly had? when they last asked us shareholders to stump up for the SPP, up to an amount of $10,000 how stupid was I, what was this window of opportunity? where has it gone? what happened and why? and could they also ask Terry O'dwyer what sort of due diligence he supposedly did on the AFHL deal,what a fiasco that was, it was done that way for a reason which I believe we will never be privvy to, a large number of shares changed hands over this shambles and we were inundated with posters whom had only started posting on HC that week telling us to sell, something smells pretty bad about the whole AFHL affair and TOD should resign if that is the best DD he could do.
Why wouldn't the ASX allow metalstorm a Trading Halt after say two or at least three failures to deliver, I know MST asked for one, and why did Lee Finniear get into trouble by the ASX for telling us that he had indeed asked for one, because in some way all of these things are connected in some way, and it all goes back to when Arch Bevis attended a live firing demo of the 3GL, where I believe they were man firing HE rounds, I believe that that had something to do with this so called window of opportunity!
