    i agree in theory yc, but,

    with respect to urea from residue or for that matter coal, i guess i'm a little sceptical on pricing benefits. i'm not sure prices will fall much below the international market price, i.e. the mob importing the stuff will set their price and the local producer will set theirs thereabouts, i.e. ipl. cynical? maybe.

    i understand there is also plans to use latrobe valley brown coal for urea production. agree, great from a security of supply perspective.

    i also have agronomic issues with residue removal to fuel/urea production, but thats another matter.
