Existing holders will recieve 33 cps capital return.retain a share in new restructure and have an entitlement to expand their shareholding.This is subject to shareholders approval,a mere formallity.

Current price of 42 c, IMHO is selleng at a 7-10 c discount with say 2 months to wait.
