    Announcement from Novarise yesterday is a step closer to taking out the minority shareholders at 23 cents via capital return and a franked divided. Have bought from 18 cents to 21 . Franking credits tax free in my Super Fund adds value to the 23 cents buy out. Time frame Nov/ Dec . Wasn't much interest today so backed myself and took out the 100,000 units at 20 cents.
