    This has to be a no Brainer, 1st offer from SUN is equal to approx $7.60 (min) per share, now the feeding frenzy is on, Westpac, St George, IAG all wanting a share of the pie, maybe direct with PMN or not, but the 1st offer is generally the start of the show, I believe at these levels this is easy money, simple, safe and if it didnt ever go ahead you are in a good solid company anyway. 20% (MIN) in 3 months (MAX)....
