i am a bit spooked by pmn yesterday's performance. it basically tanked from the get go. i think the market is still very much unsure about the deal. if wbc goes for sun, i don't think pmn will go with the flow. the question then is how will that affect pmn's space? maybe sun's banking + insurance model has't worked well before but wbc is a different matter.

730 seems to be a fair price for this uncertainty.
