RIN Takeover Acceptances

Acceptances need to be received prior to 7:00pm Sydney time, 22 June 2007.

Please note RIN purchases made after trading 19 June 2007 will not be registered in time for acceptance of this offer, due to T+3 settlement. Acceptances can only be processed where the shares have been paid for and are registered to your account. We will not accept acceptances for RIN where the purchase is made after Close of Business 19 June 2007.

To accept the Cemex offer, you will need to fax a signed request to your broker. Your acceptance must be either on the acceptance form or if you do not have that form, your acceptance must clearly state which offer you are accepting. If you are accepting the fixed offer for 2000 shares please write, "Accept fixed offer of $19.50 for first 2000 shares" on your instruction.

Each entity is only entitled one lot of shares.
