An unexplained sell off has STS trading at 1.82-1.83, this is extreme value for investors wanting to get in. We know for a fact EBIT will be in excess of $5mill and this translates to EPS around 8.5c fully diluted. Forward PE ratio is around 10 and dividends likely to be ramped up. STS did this last time around 1.20 and those that got in were rewarded with quick gains as the market eventually cottoned on to its results. STS is a small cap so it has the ability to get under the guard of investors who are too focussed on high profile stocks which are not being run as wlel as STS. Up trend is still firmly in tact and only upside from here.
