I hope they don't raise that much - way too much dilution for my liking, then in come the instos and dilute by another $8mill in shares.

I would still like to see a trump card in Pete's pack that gives current share holders an opportunity to reinvest any revenue (possible dividends), that may be due from the last quarter - surely that would be payed out at about the same time as the split. I can dream.... guessing ACL has about 2 months of revenue due from the last quarter, so probably about $4 mill or so. I suppose we will find that out in about 50 days time.
