Kevins said a lot of things, very few of them have come to fruition, so I take Kevin's promises very lightly because I learned long ago, that there is an enormous gap between what Kevin believes and what he achieves.
$3.5 to $4 million a year is fine for interest, but then there is also the principle to be repaid as well. depending on the terms of the loan and the duration, we could end up paying back double what we borrow.
to me Debt free, means just that, free of all debt, and as far as I can see, Fas wont be in that position for some time yet.
