If Africa Oil and Tullow arn't selling....I wonder who the investors might start looking at....(refer article above)

Someone with Assets in Kenya, Tanzania, and possibly Zambia?
Someone with assets extending along the East African rift?
Someone proving good prospects as we speak (read/write)
Someone with a low (very low) MC
Someone with exposure to local country registered companies?
Someone with great management, and in country relations?

Anyone recommend a company with all these attributes?
