They were $480 million dollars worth over subscribed. LOL!!
Our MC is $25 million, todays price (And that's fully diluted, and excluding any options money that might come in to count as cash) SO potentially $25 million with up to half that again, not counted, but as cash in the bank.
At $2.00 per share....everything we've got and potentially got for bargain basement, fire-sale price of ~$250 million....
That would still leave them with $230 million....
Drill lots of holes with $130 million,
And invest the savings of $100 million at 5% :)
Scratch my head anymore, and I think I'll get splinters in my fingers :)
