Yeah old deal was 2:1, and remember GJ said there is possibility of another attempt at the merger further down the track.... 3:1 is more realistic instead of the BS 40% gain SDL has in 1 week prior to the 2:1 merger (dirty!!).
Time will tell, could just be paranoid (which im sure a lot of other GBG holders are).
