money mag suggests gbg as takeover target, page-7

Hi Flick,
no I can't, the article is in the latest "Money" magazine in newsagents. The GBG referal is part of the whole article as I mentioned but no obvious bidders were mentioned. MIS/MMX takeover mentioned too as, "unfriendly".
Just "flick" through the mag in the n'agents because the GBG bit will only take a minute to read.

It is 'only' a magazine article though but nevertheless the point that GBG is recognised as a takeover is good publicity!

I also agree that GBG will be on the lookout, but I also think GJ will not want another stuffup or his reputation will be in tatters. He will have to make the next one stick!
And the most likely, could be a more favourable/equitable SDL/GBG merger which may be easier to pull off (than a totally new acquisition) because both boards are in favour of it already!
