So what, you still do not know what you are talking about whatever Tooter may say and I doubt what ever he says will be supportive of your implication that CSBP will be up for their gas to be repriced to anywhere near market or that SN somehow got such a clause into the GSA.
I think you are trading on dangerous ground to assign a real name to Tooter. By Dennis then I assume you mean Dennis Donald. He still works for Hancock I believe though I may be wrong but if he does why would he say anything that could be a breach of confidence. Look elsewhere for Tooter’s identity.
