I look at the technical information provided in these reports and try, unsuccessfully, to make much sense of it.
Would someone please tell me if the data provided by the BOD is sufficient to make a reasonable assessment of the situation. Or is it vague enough to be misunderstood. Is it complete or could they be holding something back.
In other words are they hiding something.
