Good question!
Just look how the headline of Successful Wailyering 7 Appraisal was misunderstood by some to have meant STX had flow tested the well.
Just another example of STX spin over substance, IMHO.
No problem for pedantic people like you and me who enjoy reading announcements for what they say, and what they don't. And we pause and carefully consider so we don't give a TU to an obviously erroneous comment by some in the choir.
