    It will be interesting to see how 3rd Party Gas is treated, eg gas supplied to That Plant by others.
    I assume Min Res does NOT have sufficient Gas Reserves to underwrite the Plant for say 20 Years .... and can they run 3rd party gas through it ... or do they have to purchase the entity that has sufficient gas.

    The Devil will be in the detail, but I must say Strike is trading like there is no chance of a TO imminently, given the high % of Shorts.
    Its almost like the % of Shorts ... already know the change to WA Dom Gas, won't apply to Strike, which leads me back to Bevans Statement, that Min Res get a 1 off exemption, just like Beach, and the others can go jump. Stinks of Nepotism, however nothing surprises me with Government's these days. Local, State and Federal, the Country has been going backwards for the past 15years.
