If a TO offer is to come from Hancock or Min or BPT (to secure more gas for its over budget gas plant) does the offer come before or after any WA DomGas announcement. Gov't have these Billies on speed dial, I am certain They already know the gov'ts decision.
And is an offer of 36c going to cut it. Atleast settlement will be in July, so defers the CGT issue into next tax year.
