Let’s not forget that STX are in constant contact with Gina (as stated by SN in recent webinar). You don’t go ‘outing’ your JV partner’s ‘secret’ holdings unless your gearing up for some argy bargey. And if they’ve finally figured out Gina is behind some of the so-called short selling, by digging into nominee accounts, you’d imagine they aren’t impressed. Or perhaps they were approached with a deal over the weekend. Who knows. But this is definitely something worth paying attention to, IMHO.
