What will be interesting to observe is whether her "lurking" position being publicised in the newspaper will change her strategy. Normally, you accumulate just under 5% to stay under the radar, but you approach some of the large holders to see if you can get your hands on a large block of say 10 to 15% which brings you up to 19.9% without moving the price too much before you launch your bid.

Now that her position has been disclosed and STX price has moved a little bit in response, I wonder if it might force her to launch a bid soon before the price gathers too much steam, or try and wait it out a bit more by letting the story run cold.

I'll vote no unless the mgmt backs the deal and provides me with a compelling case to accept. Otherwise, I'm happy to hold through the appraisal of OH and monetisation of SE and WE.
