You poor disillusioned fools.
You think the BOD is on your side regarding the share price and driven by other fancy trading crap by big holders.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
They are entrepreneurs, full of self-interest.
They want to be seen as the masterminds behind the development of a great gas producer. As they float from directorship to directorship the toast of the O&G industry.
They will raise cash when it is necessary for the health of the company, not when you think it is desirable. Bugger the share price. It is of secondary importance.
And don't give me any crap about the size of their holdings. That too is secondary to their reputation and aspirations.
