STX dont have a cashflow issue.. they have a gas acceleration policy issue. There is no need for any haste in bringing Se online after that calamity. Cost model it then put it on the backburner. Better to let that Gsa expire and sell the gas into the looming future gas crisis Cook is creating. All very simple. Gas price likely to be much higher in 2027. Macquarie will fund it then and on much better terms.
